To connect to GCOMM’s wireless 3G broadband service, the customer must have a 3G compatible device, such as a router, firewall or USB. The customer will also require a SIM card, which is supplied by GCOMM.

Provisioning process

Step 1:Once the application has been received by GCOMM, the provisioning team orders the service.

Step 2: GCOMM assigns a SIM card to the customer and activates the service.

Step 3: SIM card is sent to the customer.

From the time we receive an application, the typical installation timeframe for the wireless 3G broadband service is 10 business days.
