GCOMM’s National Wholesale Manager, Todd Brooker, won 3rd place in Telstra Wholesale Market Connections Forum competition. The Forum was held on 23 April 2013 at the Art Gallery of New South Wales in Sydney, followed by the competition, which consisted of attendees answering questions related to Telstra’s services.
The Forum featured two special guest speakers, Mark Bouris, Executive Chairman, Yellow Brick Road Financial Services and Gerd Schenkel, Executive Director, Telstra Digital. They led a discussion about Digital Disruption that focused on different ways companies can adapt their sales strategies to meet the needs of a new generation of 24/7 globally connected consumers and businesses.
Another goal of the Forum included asking customers to provide feedback so changes to Telstra’s service can be implemented. Based on customer feedback, Telstra implemented the following changes:
