COVID-19: Message To Our Customers

Today, the world is grappling with a challenge and uncertainty at an enormous scale that none of us could have imagined. The COVID-19 pandemic is affecting every single one of us – our way of life, our communities and businesses, our families, neighbours and our loved ones.

We are deeply grateful to the amazing front-line staff in healthcare and other essential services who are putting themselves at risk every day and working tirelessly to protect and serve our communities and those of us who are most vulnerable.

During this unprecedented global health crisis, we have two priorities: to protect the health and well-being of our employees and those around us and maintain operational capacity to continue to serve our valued partners and customers.

We are closely monitoring the situation and staying up to date with the guidance issued by the Australian government and World Health Organisation so we can make the best decisions for our team and businesses who rely on our network and services.

Keeping our employees safe

To minimise the risk of our employees and their families becoming infected, we are implementing progressive measures in our office including a staged rollout of working from home. We have also prepared a sophisticated plan in the event that all employees need to work from home, and we are confident there will be no disruptions to the quality of service we provide to our customers.

At the same time, we have put a stop on all interstate and international travel and are discontinuing all non-essential visits to external offices. Instead, we are encouraging the use of videoconferencing and collaboration platforms.
